Our packing department consists of more than 20 experienced staff.

There are different module cups according to different styles of bra.

Our professional technician will set the suitable temperature and time according to different cup sizes to produce the cup module, and it can make about 50 thousand-piece one day.

At this stage, we need to sew the bra cup together with the patterned or solid fabric. This process mainly requires the use of a Juki sewing machine from Japan, which has a variety of practical functions. It can fully automatic and high-speed sewing clothes, which greatly reduces the waiting time. It is very convenient and reassuring.

As you can see, our experienced technician is using the program to make the cutting shape drawing according to the designs of the products. 

Then the professional drawing machine will print the pattern shapes on the paper. Such an orderly work can make full use of the fabric and avoid waste. 

At the same time, the machine can also save a lot of time in the drawing.

The printed paper is covered on the fabric, our technician will use the machine to cut the fabric according to the shapes on the paper. With the help of the machine, we can cut out the patterns we need efficiently and quickly.

Our workers will reinforce the connection between the hem and the cup.Some bras need reinforcement only on the inside, while others need reinforcement both on the inside and outside for more aesthetic and stability. This process requires a machine called TWIN-NEEDLE M/C. TWIN-NEEDLE is a very important equipment in clothing machinery, mainly used for processing all kinds of clothing, its characteristics are greatly enhanced work efficiency, it sews out of the line uniform, firm and beautiful. In addition, in most bra designs, we add bones at the joints between the wings and the cup to achieve a stronger effect of the bra.

Once the bra is made, the workers scrutinize the workmanship piece by piece for any flaws or imperfections, and if there are, the bra is sent back to a specific process to be remade.
